May 6, 2023 – In conjunction with Mental Health Awareness Month, author Eileen Robertson Hamra is embarking on a national book tour to promote her memoir, “Time to Fly.” The tour aims to foster conversations about healing and resilience following life-altering loss.
Eileen Robertson Hamra
Hamra’s Los Angeles tour stop will take place on May 7th at The Dream Factory LA Studio from 12pm to 3pm. There, she will discuss her book with host and speaker Princess Sarah Culberson of Sierra Leone.
Drawing from her personal experience of losing her husband in a plane crash at the age of 41, Hamra’s memoir chronicles her journey as a grieving single mother of three. The book demonstrates how she transformed her tragedy into a purpose-driven passion to help others discover their inner strength.
During Mental Health Awareness Month, Hamra seeks to encourage open discussions surrounding mental health and to help others view adversity as an opportunity for personal growth. As a holistic nutritionist with an MBA, she is dedicated to supporting individuals in their journey towards self-improvement while emphasizing the importance of family, friends, and community.
